Takarazuka Graduation Day

Normally when we graduate from university in Japan, female students wear Hakama like this,
but look at the following site, Takaraduka Revue Company's graduation day seems a bit different!

Takarazuka is well-known to be women's only revue company where women do both male part and female part.  Those who do male part lives like a man and female role lives more like women. I haven't seen any woman wearing this type of black crested kimono but they are so beautiful!

Tokyo marathon

Today was the Tokyo marathon  day, tens of thousands of runners, both top class athletes and citizen runners, run in Tokyo street.  I don't know why but the day of Tokyo marathon is bad bad weather all the past times.  Today was one of the worst weather day with low temperature and rain.

Unless someone you know runs, not much to do other than to go on the road, cheer people and shares a feeling of "LIVE" event.  But today, thanks to Joseph Tame who run the course with his iPhone attached, LIVE broadcast himself on USTREAM and Twitter, it became so special and more than 2000 Twitter users could have "involved' in the event with him.

We then went down to cheer him on the street, USTREAM him on our iPhone, and recorded it.
